Corporate Governance Platform gives boards of directors, company secretaries, and compliance officers a single system for managing board materials, coordinating meetings, tracking subsidiary structures, and enforcing trading-window rules. It targets the gap left by an entirely proprietary market where enterprise pricing starts at $15,000/year and no self-hostable or open-source alternative exists.

Why Corporate Governance Platform?

No open-source option exists. Every major competitor (Diligent, OnBoard, Nasdaq Boardvantage, Govenda, BoardPro, Sherpany) is proprietary SaaS with opaque, negotiation-only pricing. Organisations with strict data-sovereignty requirements have no self-hostable alternative.
Enterprise pricing locks out smaller boards. Diligent contracts run $15,000--$30,000+/year for public companies. Mid-market and nonprofit boards are left with significantly under-featured tools or consumer-grade workarounds that create compliance gaps.
Director onboarding is manual everywhere. No incumbent automates the transition process for new board members -- orientation, historical context, document access -- leaving it as a time-consuming administrative task.

Tech Stack & Deployment

Corporate Governance Platform is designed for self-hosted, cloud, or hybrid deployment to meet the data-sovereignty requirements that proprietary SaaS vendors cannot address. End-to-end encryption with zero-knowledge key management options protects sensitive board materials at rest and in transit. Authentication supports SSO via SAML 2.0 with corporate identity providers and multi-factor authentication. The platform targets SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance. Integration points include Microsoft Office 365, DocuSign, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and corporate calendar systems (Outlook, Google Calendar).
