Guidelines addendum

Changes to the client guidelines made since the digest was last regenerated. A project checks this page beside the digest at every phase boundary — the same one request answers for both — and reads the entries for its phase.

Why this page exists. Regenerating the digest means reading the whole corpus twice and passing every gate; a one-line change to the guidelines does not justify that, and if it did, one-line changes would stop being made. So small changes are published here first and reach every project on its next phase boundary. When enough have accumulated, a regeneration folds them into the digest and closes them here.

How to read an entry. Each begins with a six-character identifier, then the date it was published and the phases it applies to (always means every phase), then the change, then where it comes from — the same source tags as the checklists. A closed entry stays on the page under Closed so an identifier a project quoted still resolves, and says where it went.

Limits. No more than twenty open entries and no more than twelve kilobytes of them; past either, the digest must be regenerated. The page is never edited in a project — a project retrieves it.
